We ship via UPS Ground to most states, travelling time ranging 1-3 days.
States in the U.S. Northwest and Northeast require 3-day airmail delivery (WA, OR, ID, CA, MT, ND, SD, WY, UT, NV, VT, MD, NH, MA, ME, RI, CT, NJ) (UPS airmail cost $40-$100 per box).
Orders may be taken by phone or online and shipped out Monday and Tuesday for delivery by Friday, no weekends.
Perishable items are shipped frozen and packaged in an insulated box with dry ice.  5 lbs is the minimum weight requirement on any boudin or meat order; 1 lb for cracklins or beef jerky.
Shipping rates are calculated according to weight and size of a package, depending on the distance of the recipient address.
UPS Ground can be used for destination addresses within LA and to TX, OK, AR, MI, AL, GA, TN, MO, IL, KY, FL, SC, NC, VA, WV, PA, DE, MD, OH, IA, WI, MN, NE, CO, NM, and AZ (UPS cost $10-$25 per box). 
A $25 handling fee is applied to all perishable goods orders, covering the cost of the ice chest, box and dry ice.  Shipping rates separate.
