We ship via UPS Ground, Standard Overnight, or 2-Day Express;
depending on the product and distance of the ship-to address.
Orders are taken over the phone
and shipped out Monday –
Wednesday for delivery on
Tuesday – Friday.
Perishable items are shipped
frozen and packaged in an
insulated box with gel ice.
Five pounds is the minimum
weight requirement on any Boudin
or meat order; one pound is the
minimum weight requirement on
cracklins or beef jerky.
Shipping rates are calculated
according to weight and size of
a package and distance of the
recipient address. These rates
are calculated into the product
prices listed.
A $40 handling fee is applied
to orders shipped via 2-day air;
a $65 fee is applied to those
shipped overnight. For example,
an order of 5 lbs boudin will
cost $82, unless overnight air
mail is requested, bringing the
cost to $107.
UPS Ground can be used for destination addresses within
Louisiana and
to Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia,
Tennessee, and most of Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and Florida.
With UPS Ground, transit time is two days and there is no extra fee; shipping charges are included in the price.
